Best to use it with a mattress protector so it doesn’t move and stays in place. It’s very comfortable. I bought a queen size and it’s true to the size. Need to let it decompress and air out for few hours. It can truly transform an old uncomfortable mattress. It is definitely more on the soft side then firm but it’s super comfortable.

I’ve had this pad for almost a week now, and so far it has made a huge difference for us. It arrived in a small box and, to my surprise, fully expanded in about 30 minutes. There was a noticeable smell when I first opened it, but it wasn’t anything unpleasant, just the usual scent you’d expect from a new foam product, and it faded pretty quickly. Both my husband and I have neck issues and scoliosis, so finding something comfortable and supportive has been really important for us. One thing I do recommend is getting sheet clips or using larger sheets, because the pad adds quite a bit of height to the bed and regular fitted sheets can slip off more easily. The comfort improvement was immediate, it expanded quickly, and even with the initial smell, the benefits definitely outweigh that small inconvenience especially for anyone dealing with chronic pain or spine issues like we do. Softness is perfect for those who are suffering from their hard mattress but it is not good enough for those who have damaged discs and severe back pain like me. I need 2 Inches one with medium softness instead.

I have a new and good mattress and I want to have the feeling of memory foam. I searched for sometime and I decided to buy this mattress topper with memory foam and blue gel to have feeling of cooling. I like this topper and very comfortable and it seems a good quality. I am happy with my purchase. I buy it when it was on sale of about 40% which an additional benefit. It worth the price. Happy with my purchase.
