TensCare iTouch Sure for Men EMS Pelvic Floor Exerciser

As a year long taker of prescribed medication (which was doing absolutely nothing for me) I researched and decided to try this. I did not want to spend too much , as might prove to be a waste of money! But wow what results. After just three weeks I was not having to get up at night. Five weeks further along and no urge or stress problems (which I have had for 10+ years). I’m not going to lie the thought of using an anal probe was daunting, to say the least, but honestly it is no more than a discomfort at worst. After one months use I informed my GP that I was stopping the medication as it was already clear to me that THIS ACTUALLY WORKS. Down side you find yourself drinking so much more than you have for years (teetotal so I’m only talking water).

Don’t often write reviews. I have just had a full RALP non nerve sparing prostectamy and need help rebuilding my muscles to stop my incontinence.I bought this unit in the hope it would speed up recovery but after using it for the first just now I can see it will do NOTHING.Firstly the instructions for the main unit are for women. Secondly the probe provided gets hot at 50ohms and burns your sphincter. I used a water based lube made by durex as the instructions said not to use a silicon based.It took around a minute for the probe to be hot and uncomfortable, but turning it down to a more comfortable level (40) didn’t create a kegal workout.Don’t waste your money or risk injury by buying this product.

Although this item was sold by tenscare ,ITOUCHSURE FOR MEN,LITERATURE IS VERY POOR ON HOW TO USE IT FOR MEN. PARTICULARLY ELECTRODE APPLICATION.ON PERIUM OR EITHERSIDE OF SPINE CLOSE TO GLUTEAL REGION IS NOT CLEARLY DESCRIBED. ONLY AN SCANTY ADDON. TO THE ONE WRITTEN FOR FEMALE

Got this for a relative who suffers incontinence. He is elderly and easily confused. This wasn't a problem with this. It has easy to understand settings. No more intrusive than similar products. He has been using a few months and reports improvement. Easy to clean. Worth the money as cheaper products may be inferior. Arrived as stated & on time

Does what it is advertised to do

I bought this appliance just over 6 months ago and have used it daily as recommended since. I am a 68 year old male. I have a slightly enlarged prostate which I consulted my GP about and for which I take saw palmetto. I have an urge to urinate frequently, but relative to how much liquid I drink, which comes on quickly and it has been difficult for me to hold on. I get up usually once a night feeling the need to pee. This has been my situation for several years now.I consulted the manufacturer about how best to use this devise and followed their instructions. The expectation from the manufacturer was that I should see an improvement from between 2 weeks and 2 to 3 months. I haven’t!The anal probe has proved very painful to use and I could only tolerate it on a very low setting which I think had no benefit as it was too low. The machine gives a very acute pain in my anus and creates little in the way of muscle contraction which is the whole purpose. So I mainly used the pads which do give muscle contractions and I can easily use at full power.It may be that what ever causes my urination problems is outside the range of benefit from this machine. However, the use of the anal probe is so painful to make this a non-viable means of treatment for me. Also there is hardly anything about the use of the anal probe in the instructions and I had to request this be emailed to me separately which I think is a bit poor given the specifity of the device. The people at TENS were very helpful and reassuring but in the end, (no pun intended), I didn’t get the result I was hoping for.On the plus side the batteries last and last and I haven’t had to replace them and full power is still maintained. The self adhesive pads last a very long time as well if carefully looked after.Occasionally the machine changes the setting itself from the program required. Otherwise it appears robust and well made, just not effective for me. I can not therefore make any recommendation here.

I never got past putting the batteries in. The instruction manual is specific to females only so fairly useless to me. I haven’t a clue where the pads should go. I read another 1 star review that said exactly the same thing. There is instructions specific to the scary looking probe but if I opened that package in the hope of finding instructions I wouldn’t be able to return it.Wouldn’t be so bad but the male unit is £10 more expensiveMaybe best look for a product that’s not just an afterthought. If you are reading this Tens maybe have the men’s instruction manual available as a download on the product page.

Well packed and seems well made. Produces a good tingleAnd could go to painful but I don't get muscular reaction yet

A DISTANZA DI POCHI MESI DALL'ACQUISTO (Novembre 2023) mi scrive sempre LEADS , secondo loro devo cambiare i cavi , ma come è possibile ??? Ho comprato i cavi nuovi ma continua a funzionare a fase alterne anzi adesso addirittura non trasmette più impulsi , NON LO COMPRERO' PIU'
