These were great for using as shadow boxes for cricut project. I made a few christmas gifts with them. Unfortunately one came broken and I couldn't tell until I took all the plastic and stuff off, which was the manufacturing plastic and it was broken underneath that plastic was intact. Unfortunately i had already used the other one and obviously I couldn't return them then since I had used one so a little disappointed. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I’m writing this review not about just one frame, but about this entire product line. I have bought dozens of these frames from this seller and hundreds of shadow boxes overall for my art business, and this product is by far the worst out of all of them. You might wonder why I kept buying it. The reason is simple: it is the perfect size for my work, and I was waiting on production for my custom-made frames. Since the pieces I make need to follow a standard size, I could not easily switch to another option. The problems with these frames are very consistent. Almost every frame arrives with dusty wood along the edges. Around half of them come with smudges or small scratches right out of the box. But the biggest issue is the protective film on the inside. It is sealed so tightly into the edges that it tears apart when you try to remove it. Yes, you can try using something to help remove it, but that almost guarantees scratching the frame. Even a very soft microfiber cloth can leave scratches when trying to clean off the smudges. The reason I finally decided to write this review is because after continuing to purchase from this seller, I ended up wasting more than an hour and a half just trying to get a few pieces looking perfect. I had to open box after box because so many of the frames were defective. The work I create has to look perfect, and that is extremely difficult when using this specific shadow box brand. This product has caused me a lot of wasted time, frustration, and unnecessary material loss. Unless the quality control improves significantly, I would not recommend it for anyone who needs clean, flawless frames for professional use.

I wanted this shadow box to create a decorative christmas box. It was easy to work with as the back easily came off. The wood on this box is very sturdy and did not feel flimsy at all. The front of ths box is not made of glass but some kind of plastic material. The material is protected by a plastic voer that is removed. All in all for the price of the product, I think it is a great value.

These frames worked perfectly for the project i was working on. Very easy to work with.
