Good bar with clean ingredients
I bought the variety pack to try all the flavors. All three taste good, I do like the raspberry flavor the most. The bars contains 9g of protein and 8g of fat with 4g of carbs of 1g of fiber and 1 g of sugar for the raspberry bar. They are well and conveniently packed so will survive a hiking trip in a backpack or as a backup snack in a work backpack without worrying that it will split on you and mess up everything around it. I find the bar filling, for 160 Cal I am going to experiment with using it as a meal replacement as part of maintaining a calorie deficit. The other thing I like is that the bar is firm and you actually have to chew it properly, so I not something you can just hoover up you need to chew, I do like that feels more satisfying. It's a good size bar and I can trust the quality of the ingredients and there's nothing in there I can not pronounce. If you're serious about your health and you're looking for a really good protein bar that's satisfying and filling, try this one. All three flavors are good, if I have to rate them raspberry first then lemon and the the white cacao third.

Great taste and good snack or breakfast option
These are the best tasting in my opinion. I can carry one of these for a snack but usually have them for breakfast replacement.

Great bars, but much better when ordered directly from Blueprint
I’m giving these 3 stars when ordered through Amazon, but they’re easily 5 stars when ordered directly from Blueprint.com. I’ve ordered six or seven boxes total between Amazon and Blueprint, and the difference in texture is night and day. The Amazon versions are noticeably harder, almost stale, while the Blueprint ones are much softer and clearly fresher. My guess is they sit in the Amazon warehouse longer. That said, I still order from Amazon sometimes when I forget to restock and don’t want to wait. Taste-wise, I really like them. They’re a very healthy alternative, and as someone who travels a lot, they’re perfect to throw in a bag instead of relying on airplane snacks. My wife doesn’t care for them, but my kids and I really enjoy them. I’ve tried the variety pack and only liked the vanilla flavor, the others didn’t do it for me at all. Great product overall, but if you want the best experience, I highly recommend ordering directly from Blueprint instead of Amazon.

Not a fan - pretty low protein, high fat at a high price
I like what Brian Johnson does but I'm not that much of a fan of these bars. Here's why: - Very expensive ($28 for 12 pretty small bars) - The macros aren't that great - 12g fat, 9g protein and 4g carbs isn't that awesome. I would have liked less fat and more protein - I don't particularly like the taste and texture - they feel like rice crispies dipped in chocolate. I got the variety pack and didn't like any of them. Comparing these to other bars, for example Barebells (which are pretty expensive too), but similar comparisons could be drawn to Pure Protein and others. - Same price for a box of 12, but the Barebells are almost 40% bigger (55g vs 40g) - Barebells have 8g fat, 20g protein, 19g carbs. So significantly more protein and less fat per bar. Higher carbs though, I'll give them that. - Barebells (in my personal opinion) taste better.

Great bars
My husband does not like these. He says they’re too thick, but I love them. They are my favorite bars. I like that they’re chewy and thick and they even satisfy a sweet tooth.

Do Not Recommend
Oh my gosh, these are shockingly bad! Had high expectations, as I *love* the brand's macadamia-walnut butter; thus was genuinely surprised when the bars arrived, and: The packaging is awful -- super-sturdy, wasteful, tightly sealed, impossible-to-open, unnecessarily thick plastic wrappers; somehow, cocoa butter still melted all over the wrapper *exteriors*; ridiculously tiny bars, especially for the price; wayyyyyyyy too excessively sweet; stale-tasting/feeling protein crisps; low protein; and very few macadamia nuts to be found. On the whole, these bars taste like some terrible, cheap-crap product made of chemicals and air ... Really disappointed.

No gas, clean ingredients.
Finally, a bar that doesn’t leave me bloated or gassy. This bar is a 10/10. Unlike many other protein bars, it doesn’t cause gas or bloating. • Clean ingredients: much cleaner than most bars, no artificial colors or preservatives. • Easy on the stomach: I can eat it and feel good right after. A solid, clean snack I would definitely buy again.
