Perfect basic.
If you are looking for a basic, quality cotton, zip hoodie, look no further. I got one in black. Washes great, I wash it inside out to avoid pilling and fading - still looks new. No shrinkage. Warm, but not too heavy. Cozy and true to size. Great value and will be ordering more in other colors.

Classic hoodie, metal zipper
Standard hoodie that is soft and durable. Had to fix the seam on the hood after a two washes - No big deal, but these Gildan hoodies can have some funny stitching sometimes. Avoid drying with high heat to make the elastic in the sleeve cuffs last longer. Still my favorite hoodie. (I decorated this one with silver vinyl on the back)

Wonderful jacket
I love 100% cotton!!! My favorite!!! I also like this kind of jacket oversized, this is why I got a 3x. I would normally be in an xl. It comes down to my mid thighs.

Husband loves it fits good. Didn't shrink that I can tell. Inside is very soft and comfortable and keeps him nice and warm. He loved it so much he didn't want to wear it to work 🤣 I bought it for work because this other jacket got so wore out. It was a different kind not this one now that he has and loves

Decent Quality and NOT Made in China
When searching for work-from-home attire, I want clothes that aren't made using child or slave labor. Gildan fits the bill, because their products are made in Honduras; a country that's not perfect, but is leagues ahead of China when it comes to human rights, pollution, IP theft, and a thousand other issues. Over the past few months I've purchased three of Gildan hoodies; I wear one nearly every day, and have no complaints thus far. They're soft and well made, and the extra-large sizes actually fit tall people instead of round people, which is becoming rare. This is the first zippered hoodie I've purchased from them; the metal zipper is good quality, and doesn't cause the hoodie to bunch up like a beer gut when I sit down. It's not advertised as being heavy, but it's also not paper-thin, like a lot of other brands. Next time I'm in the market for affordable lounge-wear, I'll likely start with Gildan.
