I was very impressed with the quality of this chair, considering the price. It was super easy to put together, the battery lasts a long time, and I greatly appreciate that you can mute all of the controls! lol. That is one reason why I chose this over others, because I would hate to be using it in a quiet setting and have the loud voice going off. It has five speeds, which is very handy, to be able to turn it down in small tight spaces or to whizz across a parking lot. I only have to use it part time, but I have had it for several months now and it is still holding up well. It does not do too great on rough terrain but if you are able to stay on the parking lots, sidewalks, etc. you will be fine. It is excellent on moderately steep hills, it doesn't run away going down and it is quite capable of getting up just fine. The very mild cons would be: a.) It doesn't really have great shocks, so going over a thick rug or doorway can be somewhat difficult and feel really weird on your behind lol b.) It is NOT lightweight! I am not able to lift and load it in or out of the car myself, but thankfully I have people around who can do that. But if you have health problems and would need to do it yourself, it could be very difficult unless you have a roomy floorboard and a ramp.

My initial response is it's all good . My husband who doesn't play well with anything electric loves it . He's able to maneuver quite well. I did hesitate thinking of him and the joy stick . Does well on level grass . Not well on pea gravel . I'm older and have strength issues in one arm. I can still load and unload into the passenger door of my Honda van i use the 2 wheels up then load the rest method . It's working well for us

This review is just for the hanging bag accessory for the wheelchair- "Electric Wheelchair Side Bag, Wheelchair Armrest Pouch Accessories with Cup Holder, Storage Bag for Power Wheelchairs": I got this for my dad who uses a power wheelchair. He needs places to keep things like his water bottle, his medical cards and Rx lists, his bingo cards, his snacks, kleenex, etc. With all this stuff, he runs out of space with his side pockets. Although probably intended for wheelchair side pocket, it is versatile enough to be attached to the back of the chair as well, for the items he doesn't use often but need to remember to have with him such as those medical papers and cards, sunglasses, nail clippers, battery chargers for his phone and accessories, etc. - stuff someone else supporting him would need and can get to without it getting wet or stained or lost in his other stuff. It's durable with a little stiffness that you want so it won't blow around if windy or too wide that it gets stuck in doorways, wheels, etc. Easy to clean with just a wet hand towel and soap.

Be very careful purchasing this. This chair is for shorter people. The foot rest and the arms are not adjustable at all. My husband is 5’11 and his legs are ridiculously high. He can’t sit in this with any comfort. The company does not exchange and if you return it plan on spending $150 plus to ship it back. Extremely disappointed. The offered me a small credit if I keep it? Not any help to us at all.

coMFORTABLE EASY TO DRIVE, FAST, GOOD CHOICE, AFFORDABLE

We’ve only had this for 1 month but so far it’s working great for my mom. Her knees hurt sometimes and this gives her a way to get around the house. The chair is sturdy. It’s made of metal but fairly lightweight. The seat is comfortable. She was able to learn how to use the controller pretty quick. She keeps it on slow speed around tight areas so she doesn’t slam into something and break the controller. The controller is made of sturdy plastic but will break if hit hard enough. We got it on sale around Thanksgiving and the price was great compared to similar chairs. We wanted one with handles in case we needed to push it when the battery is low. I found the website and they sell spare batteries and replacement parts if needed. Check the manual and the website is part of their email address.

It did not work for me. I had to return it.
