Would have been great to have bought a US made product, but the reviews were excellent for the most part, so it was an easy choice to make. Sheets are a little smaller than average, but they work better than other brands I've used before. Sheets are fragile but won't rip apart and come roasted evenly. The side where the lines are visible to upwards on the rolling mat, so the rice roll adheres nicely. The color is a dark black, dark brown and has the sheen of indigo sometimes, and this is because it is natural seaweed that's been processed into a sheet and then roasted. Tastes good, can be a little chewy dependant on what it is used with, but so far I've used it on the outside of the roll and not inside. Easy to work with and just as versatile as any other Nori. Will buy again. The quality cannot be beat and the taste is authentic, which helps when you want the closest perfection to edible art, you can. Recommend product and will buy again and again.
