for the price this item is excellent value. Hopefully over the coming months I will transform from a seven stone weakling into Arnold's body double.

It seems harder to find traditional chest expanders. This fits the bill nicely. My reservation and reason for not awarding further stars is the actual hand grips. These are made of plastic and where the moulding meets together it creates a ridge which can cut into the hands if pulling down in the overhead position.

Delivered quickly and packaged well, the handles are smooth and dont restrict any movement in my hands as I stretch but are still sturdy and dont feel like it will slip from my grip either. My only gripe with the product is that the springs were not as strong as I had hoped them to be, currently on 3 working to 4 where as the one I had borrowed to try out is the same strength on 2 springs but it is only a minor thing for now (until I get to all 5 springs I guess)

Spring resistance chest expanders can be excellent. This one is not even fit for purpose. The springs are simply not up to the job.

The springs are to short for anyone over the age of 10 years old . I bought this for my 15 year old son so he didn't have to use mine, but it was a waste of time and money
