Great little reference book
It has little explanations on a whole stack of lean tools. Deeper explanations of items is always available on the internet, this acts like a little reference book. It appears quite thorough and even has some examples. Also available in Spanish which was a plus for me.

... Grateful for the information in a handy book, but had higher expectations to quality and durability. I use reference materials, a LOT, and to have the durability low leaves me not very happy. Put this in a spiral bound book, maybe plasticize the pages to increase durability, and I would issue a higher rating.

This is a concise means to share with employees the concepts of Lean. The size is something that fits into their pockets and they are able to carry it with them. It is a quick reference when faced with a situation.
