Computer is amazing. Graphics are awesome! Easy to use and has tons of features!!

When I first ordered this computer it came in pretty quickly. Upon opening it (thankfully I did and didn't wait until Christmas, as it was a Christmas gift for my son) there was little to no protection in the packaging of the pc. It was thrown loosely in the box with minor foam around it and I single used trash bag as stuffing. The pc was trashed it looked like someone dragged it across the ground. It was scratched like crazy! When I bought it the description said that it would be in "Excellent condition" it was not. I called and complained. I had to ship it back and wait for a replacement. The replacement took longer than the original shipment luckily though it arrived before Christmas. After setting up the computer on Christmas Day for my son we realized it did not have WiFi capability as it described in the description. I had to go out and buy a WiFi adapter on top of all of the money I already spent on the computer. I called again and they told me a million times that I should have an adapter that was included. I didn't. It did not come with one. Then they refused to reimburse me for the amount I paid for the adapter that I should have received unless created a PayPal account because they can't refund me directly to my personal account... even though they had to problem taking the money from my personal account! They gave me a partial $20 refund which I have yet to receive. The screen is ok and was packaged well. The keyboard and mouse were also packaged well but are of extremely cheap quality! Considering they are supposed to be gaming accessories I'm disappointed. The keyboard especially is disappointing. Some of the keys do not work properly and have to be pushed multiple times. The setup was pretty basic and not difficult. I 100% do not recommend I am extremely disappointed.

If you are getting this for you or your child as a pc for games or something then don’t buy this, doesn’t run and they have it locked to where you can’t update or change settings

Computer is ok for beginner gamers. Overall give it five stars . Only con is graphic card is cheap and no WiFi card. They give you a WiFi adapter. Most most gamers will hook directly to modem though so that will solve that issue.
