Is this complete with roof top cover? Or do you need to buy something else

The air conditioner unit comes with the outside roof top cover. As for the control panel on the inside it comes with the cover as in the 2 control switch panel to turn it on an off. So when I want the whole setup you need to buy outside a/c which comes with outside cover then you need to buy inside control panel.

Will this fit on Dometic AC unit model numbers B59516.711C0 and B59516.711J0?

Seems to work fine. Install can be a little tricky, but all in all, pretty much as expected. My only criticism would be that the inner cover could be thicker and les flexible.
