Somedays I'm way too sleepy and I'd heard that these can really help with energy. I like that they're rigorously tested for purity and quality, and the seal on the jars is reassuring too. And, for the amount that comes per jar (and a three pack no less!) it feels like a good amount for the money. That said one thing that concerns me is, the supplement (nicotinamide) isn't meant to be eaten in doses this high. Like this is an amount that's safe within some tolerable upper intake levels? if you've been prescribed it. It's way too much for somebody like me who just needs a small boost and they're not easy to divide up either. Otherwise? It didn't mess with me when I tried it, and the pills aren't difficult to swallow with water. Not bad for clinical settings? and for everything else impractical.

Good product. I've tried different NR supplements, and this one seems like the best one I've tried yet. So I do recommend it to anyone looking for a good NR supplement.

Definitely feel a difference with my energy

I actually paid for this product, several times, it wasn’t free. The color does vary from batch to batch, with lighter and darker brown patches, and does look different from the product photos, but marketing departments don’t like visual imperfections. This seems to be normal for this specific NR formulation - NRHM What matters is that it works. If one capsule in the morning doesn’t do it, try two. I take one, morning and afternoon.
