This is chicken broth not BONE broth! I was really hoping this one was different. But it was not gelatinous when cold at all. And then I saw it's only simmered for 18 hours. It takes 24 to 36 hours to pull the collagen out of bones. A lot of money to be disappointed again! Amendment.... My second packet was very gelatinous so if the rest are like this then I give them a five! Very happy with the second packet!

My package shipped quickly with dry ice, and it arrived to TX in the summer heat still frozen. My husband and I are addicted to this broth. We heat a pack on the stove every morning, and we drink it as our coffee. It is so satisfying and filling for the morning. The flavor is fresh and so yummy! I chose this brand of broth, because they use real, organic ingredients; no fillers, no artificial ingredients, no MSG!

This bone broth tasted exactly like my homemade broth. It jiggles when you refrigerate it with all of the collagen, and the flavor tastes just like the one I make myself. Thank you for making a great product so I don't have to!

I have Leaky Gut so I read online that bone broth is a way to kinda fix that. I don’t eat beef nor pork so the chicken flavor is what I tried. I’ve tried about 6 different store bought brands because I really don’t have time to let the broth sit on the stove or slow cooker while I’m not home. Went on YouTube and watched a video, where they did a blind test review on bone broth. Bonafide got good reactions so I figure I go and purchase a bag (24oz) from WholeFoods. Thawed it out and was amazed how it jiggles because the other bone broths I purchased did not do so BUT this is a good thing. If you’re taking this to cure your gut you need that jiggly stuff which is collegian. Anyway I poured it in a pot on the stove to heat up, then tasted it. Surprised this brand tasted good to where I could handle it without adding anything to it. It’s really the best tasting one I’ve tried so far. Went back to WholeFoods and bought 10 more bags since I’m going to be doing a 5 day fast. Just heat on stove pour into flask and drink throughout the day. So yummy

I would not call this bone broth because it doesn't have a gelatinous consistency when cold. Not a bad chicken stock but you don't need to pay these kind of prices if you're not looking for the health benefits of bone broth.

My favorite store-bought bone broth by a mile. But has something changed recently? When thawed, it’s liquid instead of gelatinous. Past 2 purchases have been like this, whereas all previous purchases had the good jelly-like texture when thawed.

I have seen a real improvement in my health since incorporating Bonafide bone broth in my diet. I had heard for years about its benefits, especially for women getting older, but procrastinated taking it. I've tried several kinds but this is the best, its so fresh and delicious. There were colds and flu going around a couple months ago and I did not get sick! I attribute it to the broth, seriously. This a great product and great company, kudos.
