I use this product for neuropathy and alcohol recovery, It's hard to find reviews for these specific health concerns. This supplement replenishes my B1 effectively and I feel a physical difference after taking it, particularly in shakiness. It's important to add that this is Thiamine Mononitrate, as opposed to hydrochloride. Mononitrate seems to replenish longer and the effects last several hours. My only complaint is that there are no markings or labels on the pill itself. I use several Nutricost supplements and they are all a white powder pill with no markings. It's easy to mix these up and mistakenly add the wrong vitamin. Overall highly recommend.
