眼病予防のためにルテイン系を摂取しています 本商品はルテイン以外にゼアキサンチン入り、含有量普通くらいで1日1錠の120カプセル入りの割に安くコスパがかなり良く飲みやすいです ルテインとかで検索すると含有量がやたら多い商品ばかりで成分含有量が少なく感じるかもしれませんが価格帯からすれば多くも少なくも無く、という量 カプセル量が多いのでいっぱい摂取したいという方は1日2錠飲んだとしても他より安いと考えると破格かもしれません どちらにせよ続けることが重要なのでメーカー等に拘りが無くとりあえず飲み続けたい方にはオススメです
