the little red devil
i was very pleased with it,did not think that it would work as well as it did, i've got 2 dogs and it picks up their hair with no problem, easy to use and very light, ideal for older people.

Rubbish .
Sure it’s light and easy to manoeuvre and clean but it hardly picks up , some things need numerous passes and then you give up and use your fingers . The battery life is awful .

Not suitable for carpets
Returned the first order as I thought it was faulty, but the same happened with the replacement. It works fine on hard floors, but on carpets, even on short pile carpets, the rollers jam and make a noise, then the auto stop feature comes on. I bought it for my elderly mother who had an earlier modem Vileda that had stopped working after many years of use and she wanted the same. The advert says suitable for carpets, but in my experience it isn't. However the box states "Hard Floors and Short Pile Carpets", but to be honest, it struggled even with short pile carpets.

Bought the same item few months earlier for father in law 38.89 sister bought one for mother in law 12th March product had gone up to 69.01 big hike

Can’t get a replacement dirt box , disappointed
Really great product the only reason I have given this a 3 i because The dirt box got damaged. When I contacted vileda to organise a replacement . They said they didn’t do this as come as one price even though you have to detach it go and empty the box. it isn’t glued on! Although you’d have thought it was !!!!
