I sometimes will get headaches on one side of my head, and many times it would last for a couple days. I heard about these caps and thought I would try it out since this has gotten great reviews. Well it def worked for me. Within 30 minutes my headache was gone. I will say that it is extremely cold once it gets out of the freezer but that only lasts a few minutes. I actually liked the extreme cold. The high coldness also lasted for about about 30 minutes, then it started to ease, which was fine for my needs.

I LOVE THERAICE. I get terrible headaches, migraines, and cervicogenic headaches as well. I will apply this to my neck first. Let it become a little less frosty then put it on my head. It’s a little toooooo cold for me to put on my head directly from the freezer. But it’s great. I sometimes will do that and fall asleep. Feels solid. Not too heavy. Perfect size and I have a big head. No leaks or wetness noted by me. I feel like I got what I paid for and I appreciate this has lasted yrs. I got this for my husband who has sinus and cluster headaches. He tried it both cold and warm and both methods gave him top relief from the headache and he liked the pressure points in it. The material is very soft, too.

Compression is so great and on every size head in our house, it’s actually incredible. I’ve already used it about 4 times and each time I ended up falling asleep before it stopped being cold which leads me to believe it stays cold a while!! It really works!! I like that this one comes with a freezer bag, as I’ve used some before that did not and were also not nearly as good. Love this thing!! It’s officially a staple in our home.
