Yealink IP Phone W60P is a Bundle of W60B Base and W56H handset + 1-Unit W56H Handset

The sound quality on this phone is AWESOME!! No more static (woohoo)....On a single charge - the phones have lasted 4+ days (for us anyways). The functions are so easy that even *I* can remember how to use them (another big feat for me). I know it's a little bit on the pricey side but IMHO, it's worth every single red cent.

I bought this months ago and finally set this up. Now every time I pick up the handset it dies. It has never worked. I can start a call while on the base. Pick up handset. It turns off. Suprisingly it rings with incoming calls. Pick it up to answer. It turns off. I've never been able to use this phone. So now we are down a phone in my office.
