Kikkoman Soy Sauce Gluten-Free 8.5 oz.

A Korean restaurant I go to introduced me to sweet soy sauce and i've been a disciple every since. This says its used on rice but you can use it on beef, chicken and veggies as well. I buy it in buik to save money and it lasts quite awhile. Love this stuff.

Thanks to it being gluten-free I can use soy sauce again. Tastes the same as the regular sauce.

I trust this brand to be gluten free! Actually, the only thing I don't like is the price, especially when using it to marinate foods. Going out for Chinese food was always a favorite treat until I learned that I had to avoid all gluten, even the tiniest bit of cross contamination equals hours and sometimes days of misery! That is why it's so very important to find foods and ingredients you can trust and recipes you enjoy making.

Wonderful alternative to soy sauce if you have a natural sweet tooth. I love putting on rice instead of applying sauce to the protein, but you can do that also. It also works well in marinades, but I tend to go for the sweet soy baste/glaze for that as it is much thicker.

There is no other soy sauce as good as this for sushi or rice has a nice sweetness.
