As an older woman, and not a meat lover, I’m always looking to up protein consumption. These tase great, like I’m eating something I shouldn’t! These texture is not hard, easy to bite and chew. Nice chocolate coating. Tastes great to me! Filling, and size is larger than other similar products, so for me, it’s win-win. Treat/satisfied/protein/full .
