Well, they’re just little bottles that you have to unscrew at the top. If you’re a little weaker in your hands, just use a rubber glove or sometimes I use a little towel and sometimes I don’t need anything. Frankly Gatorade has changed my life because my blood pressure runs very very low and it helps me have energy and be able to have normal days. I am now hooked on the orange zero and I always call it the blue water but it’s the blue freeze or the other blue one.. delicious both and as I said, it gives me energy and I desperately need it. Plus, they’re delicious!

This is one of my favorite flavors. I drink a lot of Gatorade now that I have pancreatitis. I need nutrients twice as much now.
