Awesome product! My wife and I drink a good bit of water, and with the gigantic Stanley water bottles, a filter pitcher in the fridge was no longer getting the job done. We wanted on demand, cold and fresh water. This machine was exactly what we needed! It's quiet, doesn't eat up any floor space and there's no jugs to carry! I installed ours in about an hour, I bought a used one so that could have been my problem but I had a leak from the "tee" fitting to tap a sink line. I went out and bought some of the pictured O rings from my local hardware store and we're leak free since. Definitely read the directions first prior to doing anything, I definitely made it harder than necessary. And turn on the machine before you try and run water through or you'll get nothing like I found out. We've been using ours for almost a month now and the taste of the water is amazing! No chlorine or city water taste, the hot water works well and is very convenient and it hasn't missed a beat. I highly recommend!

I installed this cooler WITHOUT the filter set as the water line is already filtered with a micropore three-stage system. Installation was simple, but I did have to go to Home Depot for a compression fitting and cap. Once installed the cooler started up and cooled the water effectively, but the water coming out was AWFUL. Very strong metallic tang. I had to run about ten gallons of water through it over several days before it started dispensing the clear tasty water that my other filtered devices enjoy. It's operating flawlessly now, with no hint of the (contamination?) after installation. Overall I'm very happy with it. Just wish it had dispensed clean water initially.

For the money, this does what it should. Heating can get a little loud but I have a commercial BUNN coffee maker and it is the same. I dont like all the plastic connections.. if I go away for over 24 hrs Im going to need to shut it off and turn off the water supply.. or else Id lose sleep. As indicated, this thing is much bigger than the photos would let you believe so pay attention to the measurements. So far, after 2 weeks, Im happy, I just hope 2 yrs from now Im not telling myself once again that I should have bought top of the line and sucked it up. But I could have bought three of these for what that would cost.. I probably should have bought 2 and put one away.. might even do that. Temperature of hot water is plenty hot for me, I didnt measure but it makes a nice cup of tea.

We're using this machine for the second year straight at our company. Few days ago it started to make noise and there was no hot water. I contacted the customer service, it's been about 3 days, no response. Upon checking other customers' reviews about their customer service, I decided to give up on them & tried to troubleshoot the issue online. Now it works with no noise. So yeah, very happy with the machine but customer service is the reason I took off one star.

So, in all honesty I never got to use this item, but wanted to make a significant correction to the dimensions that they advertise. The hard shell of the item is 13 inches, but then the cooling coil was another inch or so, then the filters make a total depth measurement of nearly 19 inches! It was packaged really well, and appearance was as advertised, hookup looked easy, but could not work with the extra 6 inches of depth in the area it was shopped for.
