Does the fan light have a memory function? Do I need to reselect the colour of the light each time I restart it?

The memory function is activated by turning off the fan light for 10 seconds. Instead of cycling through the light settings each time, you can keep your favourite light when you turn it back on.

Can the fan and light be controlled separately by a separate wall switch?

The product comes with a remote control to control the fan light. You can use the wall switch to control the lights on and off, but you cannot use the wall switch to dim the lights and control the fan(The wall switch needs to be purchased separately)

Is it possible to replace the lampshade, LEDs, remote control or other parts if they are damaged?

If you experience a malfunction of accessories such as lampshades, LED lights, fan blades, remote controls and controllers, CJOY will replace them with brand new ones. There is no need to pay any fees.

Why doesn't the ceiling fan turn off when I set the timer?

You cannot press another button after setting the timer function, otherwise the timer will fail.

Can the ceiling fan be installed on a sloping ceiling?

Yes. Tilt angle is less than 15°.
