I get its not that supposed to be sweet but it just tastes like plain flour

This is THE BEST gluten-free mix I’ve ever had! Bonus that it has protein in it. My kids love the taste and texture of this mix. I can only find the protein mix on Amazon, and the price is the same as our local grocery store charges for the GF mix without protein. Great value, and easy to follow instructions for using a waffle iron, as well.

This GF King Arthur protein pancake mix tastes great and is a good deal on Amazon! The only problem I experienced was that I ordered 2 bags and one of them was shipped with a plastic bag taped around it. The flour was leaking all over the bag. Upon closer inspection, i noticed there was a tear in the bag and they had shipped it knowing it was leaking, thus the plastic bag wrapped around the product bag itself. The other bag was fine. I tried to file for a replacement as I was not about to ingest a damaged food product, not knowing about the safety of it. Well there are no returns "due to it being a food item for safety!!" Luckily I was able to chat with an Amazon service representative and they did credit my account after I told them what happened. They recommended I donate it somewhere, but I told them I couldn't because you can't donate opened food items... I had to throw it out. I would love to order more, but am afraid in case this happens again....

Now these are great tasting Gluten Free Protein Pancakes. Easy to prepare, easy to cook. Usually have trouble flipping, not with these. Some complain about the value, but compared to what i have seen offered at the local grocery store, this is a better value. Texture is better than any other brand I have tried. I am added these to my meal prep plan since they reheat nicely. Will purchase again.
