One pill for how many litters of milk?

Use 1/4 of a tablet per gallon of whole milk. (I use white vinegar instead, I stir 1/3 of a cup in a gallon of whole milk). The trick is NOT to heat the milk too high, (Max 95 degrees) do not let it boil! Add salt to your liking. Once you notice the milk has coagulated (curds appear) stop stirring, turn heat off and let sit on the counter10 min. until it cools off a bit before pouring it onto a cheese cloth & pot to drain. When the mix is cold, scoop the cheese into the mold with a plate under. Cover and let drain 1-2 days more in the fridge, emptying the whey that accumulates daily. Conserve the whey as it can be used later for other recipes. Once the 2 day drain is over, take the cheese off the mold onto a cheese plate. Voila!
