I had a 5 level lower back fusion 3 years ago. Do my exercises daily. Work with someone twice a week who works closely with my PT for improving strength. Sleeping at night has been a nightmare. Not one good nights sleep since the surgery until this pillow!! Have tried 5 different pillows previously. I move around at night. Side to side and to my back. Have slept through the night every night since using this pillow!!! Truly a miracle for me! When I change positions I find this pillow easy to readjust so that it hardly wakes me up. Definitely get the pillow case with it although I do wish it was softer. I believe with use and washings it will soften up. But not a big issue. I am 5’9-10” and the size works great., I am not sure what do do about traveling because it’s too big for my suitcase but don’t want to sleep without it. Have been using all kinds of sleep meds for three years and none have worked consistently. Not going to need them anymore…..

I have used the Sleep Yoga pillow for over a year and it gives wonderful support to my hips, ankles and knees. When I ordered it, they didn't have pillow cases so I was very excited to see them and promptly ordered them. It took an inordinately long time to receive them and I was dismayed to find that I was sent lavender and not the grey that I ordered. There is no one to contact to ensure that I am sent the correct color or I would try and exchange them. I didn't notice the wrong color until I opened the package so I can attest to the fact that they feel quite stiff so I'm hoping they soften up after washing. If I ever receive the color that I would like, I will leave another review.

I've only had this pillow for a few nights. Prior to this, I was using king sized pillows to prop my legs up. But I have healed enough that that is overkill. This pillow is lighter and thinner which means I'm able to easily transition from having it under my knees when I'm on my back to between my legs when I am on my side. But it still seems sufficiently firm to take the stress off my hips and back.

Really light and comfy. Would be even better if it was longer and thicker.

The quality on the pillowcase is very good and I’m pleased that I have one to fit this pillow. The softness after washing once is ok but actually feels stiffer so I’ve washed it in baking soda and vinegar to bring back the softness. That said, I think the quality of the material will last a long time.
