It makes plain tap water taste like a gourmet tropical vacation. I went from drinking zero water a day to consuming two gallons. My skin is glowing, my kidneys are singing, and I have never been more hydrated in my life.However, the margin of error on the squeeze bottle is terrifyingly slim. One microscopic drop too many, and you cross the border from "refreshing berry blend" into "liquified radioactive cough syrup." Last night, my hand slipped for half a second, and the resulting concoction was so violently sweet it gave my left eye a temporary nervous tic. It tasted like a fruit punch scratch-and-sniff sticker came to life and attacked my tastebuds. Buy it for the hydration, but you will need the precision of a brain surgeon to squirt it.
