Love this board! We have 3 ! Great quality and very sturdy. 1 season in and no issues! We don't use the hand pump, we bought an electric psi pump.

The padding on the board comes off over time. Easy to stand up on and great for beginners.

These things are worth every penny. They are extremely durable and convenient when storage space is an issue. We live in an apartment and store them in the closet. We have given them heavy use over the past few years. We bring our dog on them every time, take them to the beach, and inflate and deflate them every single time. Have never had any issues! Do yourself a favor tho, and get an electric air pump! Pumping them up with the manual pump is definitely a workout and takes about 15 minutes!

This is my first paddle board and I love it. Since it is wide, I felt very comfortable on it as a newbie. I had an issue with the paddle not locking when I extended it and wrote to their customer service dept. They not only responded same day (Sunday), sent me instructions (with diagram) to tighten handle but also followed up. If I had one suggestion for the board, I would say to add a Velcro strap to hold the paddle to the board. I put a cooler on mine so the straps across the front were not available to use to secure my paddle when I was on the water just floating around. Thank you!
