This Navycrest dash cam is a superb purchase. The video quality is outstanding, with the 4K front camera and 1080P rear camera providing crystal clear, sharp footage both day and night. This provides great peace of mind on the road, knowing that everything is recorded in high definition. The discreet, compact design also means it doesn't obstruct the view while driving. The built-in 5G WiFi is a game-changer. Connecting to the app is simple and allows for fast downloading and reviewing of footage directly on a phone, which is much more convenient than removing the SD card. The inclusion of a 64GB card right out of the box is also a huge plus. In addition to the excellent product, the customer service is impressive. A query about a setting was addressed by an incredibly responsive and helpful team. They provided a clear and quick solution that made the process seamless. It's refreshing to experience such great support alongside a quality product. Possibly the best dashcam I've ever had. So easy to set up and love it works when the cars parked also the WiFi and looking up on my phone makes it so easy and saves me having to take it into the house when viewing footage. So cool and as the the picture quality its better then my tele 😆 thank you

Fine piece of kit. Unlike other dashcams it doesn't clutter up your windscreen. My only qualms are that the rear cam cannot be used outside, which is a shame, as it itself is superb - it can be fitted, then the cylinder rotated, rather than with other rear cams which need to be removed, unscrewed, refitted, etc. Also, although I was able to fix it, there is often something of a lag - not ideal when you're trying to reverse. Edit: Although I'm still not sold on the full-WiFi system, I changed my review to 5 stars because the customer service is exceptional.

Honestly love this Dash Cam, looks so simple and clean once installed, easy setup, come with a memory card, I have a range rover sports and it cable length was more then enough to reach from the back of the car to the front.

I purchased this dashcam but noticed it wasn’t recording consistently, capturing only a couple of short clips during longer drives. I contacted the company, and they sent a replacement, but the same problem happened again. I asked for setup support, but the issue wasn’t resolved. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rely on the recording, and I’m disappointed with the product’s performance.

Set it up and fitted within 30 mins. It's small enough to fit behind the rear view mirror as to not distract the driver. I bought this one for its size and no display, or with the silly white light on the front of it. Tried it out today after fitting and the front and rear images are very good. It also has a small digital display for signal, SD card and time which I set to be off after 10 seconds, so no passenger distractions either. For the price, good piece of kit

Although the image quality of the camera is very good and it is easy to set up and view from your phone via WiFi I had some issues with it. 1. The tiny screw to swivel it upwards and downwards kept on coming loose so it was continously pointing up towards the sky 2. I don't think the camera should have a stick on option because overtime it can loose it's tackynes and if you need to move the camera to another location or vehicle then this would reduce it's capability. I believe it should have a suction pad so then at least it's easier to move around and does not leave a sticky residue on your window. 3. I shouldve done more research but this camera only swivels up and down not left and right. If you need to get the camera angle right in your vehicle then this camera would not be a good option. I've had to return mine due to the issues I had with it and purchased another one.

This camera was worth the wait. It is small, easy to install, the box contained everything you need and more, has 4K recording and a rear camera. The recordings are clear and the width of video is good. It is amazing value for money and comes with a 32gb card.

Ich nutze die BOTSLAB Dashcam nun seit einigen tagen und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Bildqualität in 4K vorne und 1080p hinten ist wirklich stark – Kennzeichen, Straßenmarkierungen und Details sind selbst bei schneller Fahrt klar erkennbar. Besonders positiv fällt die Nachtsicht auf: Auch bei wenig Licht liefert die Kamera brauchbare und scharfe Aufnahmen. Die App‑Verbindung per WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig. Videos lassen sich schnell auf das Smartphone übertragen, ohne dass man die SD‑Karte herausnehmen muss. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert, und die Menüführung ist verständlich. Der G‑Sensor reagiert gut und speichert wichtige Ereignisse automatisch. Die Parküberwachung ist ebenfalls hilfreich, wenn das Auto draußen steht. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, die Halterung sitzt stabil, und die Kabel sind ausreichend lang für eine saubere Verlegung.

bought this as a gift for my daughters care attendant... she loves it and says it records perfectly and screen quality is perfect... it was easy to hook up and easy to read instructions ... great features and just a good quality camera kit... well worth the money...
