Great brand at this time as long as they dont sell out and change the formula. Take during cold n flu season to boost your immune system along with vitD with K2 and vit c and zinc really helps me

Helps with cold sores.
I usually get cold sores as soon as I'm in the sun a lot or if I get a cold or the flu. This has changed since using this product. I take one every morning and haven't really experienced any severe cold sores since. If I feel one coming out I'll use an additional pill in the nights and the cold sore either wont come out at all the next morning or would be really tiny.
