The taste was great. My complaint is that 10 cookies is the serving size. There is supposed to be 2.5 servings in the bag. There was only 15 cookies in my bag.

I have been searching for a great tasting gluten free - sugar free cookie for years. Thank you! Now I can have cookies again without having digestive problems. My favorites so far are snickerdoodle (buttery, cinnamon, shortbread like, higher satiety, "gift from the food gods"), ginger, chocolate chip and lemon (in that order). I can't try the peanut butter because of peanut allergy. The lemon flavor is a bit too strong for my taste but I would be happy to eat them again. Yes ... there are crumbs... and in some flavors more than others. The crumbs taste good too, eating them out the bag or as a crumble topping on other desserts. I wish the price was lower, but it's hard to find a "clean" cookie, made of quality ingredients, that's gluten and sugar free, and doesn't trigger inflammation, histamine and other problems for me. I can eat them and not have inflammation related weight gain at my next morning weigh-in! For someone with a lot of dietary restrictions ... that's rare and a big deal. Ok, for what they are. Like a compressed almond flour chunk/disc. Crumbly. If you have a desire for a cookie, these can fit the bill. Not great, but not terrible.

The snickerdoodles were too sweet for me, but it was good to know it wasn't sugar.

The bag says 150 Calories for a serving size of 8 pieces (30 grams), 150 Calories. That means each piece is less than 4 grams. And there's only two servings in a bag. For comparison, the serving size for Chips Ahoy cookies is 3 cookies (33 grams), which is 150 Calories. The difference is that a serving of Chips Ahoy cookies has 8g fat, 22g carbs, 1g protein, whereas one serving of Highkey Snickerdoodles has 14g fat, 9g total carbs (1g net carbs) and 4g protein. Basically, they increased the fiber a little bit, almost doubled the fat, replace the HFCS with erythritol, and more than doubled the protein. But the calories still come out the same. BTW, subtracting fiber and sugar alcohols to get "net carbs" isn't exactly fair. The truth is that regular carbs provide anywhere from 3 to 5 Calories per gram, erythritol provides 0.2 Calories per gram, and fiber provides anywhere from 1 to 3 Calories per gram indirectly (because it ferments in your gut and then you get calories from the fermentation). For example, if you eat something with 30 total carbs, including 10g fiber and 10g erythritol, your body gets about the same energy as if you'd eaten 16 regular carbs, not 10. In this case, Highkey says 1 serving is 9 total carbs including 2g fiber and 6g erythritol, which is equivalent to 1.62 regular carbs, but they call it "1g net carbs". Oh, and I'm assuming their numbers provided are accurate, not rounded off. But, hey, 1.62 is still a LOT better than 22 carbs in Chips Ahoy (assuming carbs is all you care about). If what you want is double the fat, double the protein, and 1/10 the carbs, then these cookies are for you. If you want your food in tiny bites, so you're forced to slow down while you eat, these cookies are for you. If you want only two servings in a bag, so even if you lose your mind and eat the whole bag it's still just two servings, these cookies are for you. If you want low calorie cookies, these are not for you. Personally, I like to crumble up three of these tiny cookies and sprinkle the crumbs into my vanilla yogurt and pretend it's cheesecake.
