No smudging, no raccoon eyes, even when it’s hot or humid outside. I really like the built-in sharpener too—it’s convenient and keeps the tip clean and precise. Great everyday waterproof eyeliner
I’ve been using the Revlon ColorStay Pencil Waterproof Eyeliner for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the formula and performance.
