I have been brought this underwear before. It's comfortable. A separate pocket is easy and keeps the area dry. And easy to pull out from the side. But These items are for people who keep their heads up.

Waist sizing was great and the fabric is very comfortable, however these provide no real support as I was hoping. The "pouch" is absolutely tiny and barely fits one of the boys, let alone both; everything ends up squashed against you like compression shorts. The hole for your joystick is nice but it's left to flop out the side flap as you move around during the day. The general design could be better making these suitable for some frisky fun instead of day long use.

I really like the concept of the underwear, but the design isn’t practical. The fabric in the front is too loose and stretchy to hold anything up. On top of that, there’s nothing to keep your buddy from falling out the side. I even tried it with tighter pants, and it didn’t stay. It’s worse if you wear loose pants as then you’ve basically got a half pitched tent look. The bottom pouch feels nice, but it doesn’t keep anything in there for long. I do have to admit, the fabric is very comfortable and most of the time it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything. Unfortunately, the major flaws in the underwear make it not worth it.

I think a bit overpriced but incredibly comfortable. They provide enough breathability that I don’t feel nasty after working in them for 12 hours. The included hole and extra “pouch” make them far more comfortable than comparable products. If you routinely find your equipment uncomfortably compacted by other briefs, these provide relief while also providing support.

These things are so comfortable. The ball basket is comfortable and you get plenty of air flow down there. The hammock for your junk is nice cause it allows movement and not squished. You can wear him up or down and both are comfortable.

If you don't mind your dick falling out of the access areas all the time then maybe you'll like these.

Ordered a size small and they fit great.Very comfortable and good support, Like other reviews your penis does fall out so i wouldn't recommend vigorous exercise like jogging. Very nice for just relaxing or sleeping.
