Delivered without any packaging
The toy itself looks nice, but I was disappointed with the delivery. It was one day delayed and left by the door without any packaging or protection, especially considering the price was quite expensive. This was supposed to be a gift, so the lack of packaging made it feel less special and presentable. I expected better presentation and handling for the cost.
