PHLUR Vanilla Skin Perfume for Women & Men, 100 mL

I’ll admit I was nervous about ordering this given the price and the fact that it can’t be returned. But I’ve been searching for a luxurious vanilla-based fragrance that didn’t smell cloyingly sweet. After carefully reading all the reviews, I decided to take a chance. Worth every penny! It’s warm and sensual without being heavy, and it gets noticed. A little goes a long way - a couple of sprays last all day - and even if you no longer notice it, someone is bound to ask you about it and comment on how good you smell. It definitely fits the category of a prestige fragrance, and given the quantity for the price, it’s a great value.

I’ve been wearing Phlur Vanilla Skin Eau de Parfum regularly, and it has quickly become one of my favorite “comfort scents.” On my skin it’s a creamy vanilla with a soft touch of spice and woodiness — warm, cozy, and never cloying. I use it as part of a routine: layering the parfum with Heavy Cream body mist, Vanilla Skin body mist, and the Vanilla Skin deodorant. Most days I also pair it with Beekman 1802 Vanilla Absolute soap and lotion as my base. Even with all that layering, the fragrance stays soft and intimate. It doesn’t project loudly, which I appreciate — I like to smell it on myself without worrying it’s overwhelming others. Longevity is solid, especially with the layering. The Heavy Cream base lingers and blends well with the Vanilla Skin notes, and I can still catch whiffs as my body warms up throughout the day. I usually refresh with a light spritz on my wrists in the afternoon, more because I enjoy the ritual than because the scent disappears. I’ve received a few compliments, but it’s more of a “come closer” fragrance than one that fills a room. If you want a bold, sugary vanilla, this might not be it. But if you like a subtle, skin-hugging vanilla that feels personal and warm, it’s perfect. Bottom line: Vanilla Skin EDP is versatile, soft, and comforting. It layers beautifully with other products, lasts well, and offers a cozy vanilla aura that feels elegant and wearable every day.

Bought as a gift, great packaging and presentation. The scent was also very pleasant, the recipient loved this perfume, I would say it is more of a feminine smell. I would also buy the full size product in the future, but this size was great for traveling and gifting

I would absolutely repurchase it. As part of my little “mom self-care moments,” this was something I had been wanting to try for a while, so I finally gifted it to myself. It felt meaningful to choose something just for me, and I would truly recommend it if you love receiving compliments, because this fragrance really does draw them in. There’s something softly magnetic about it that makes your presence feel remembered long after you’ve left the room. It has a delicate, sweet vanilla scent that feels feminine, comforting, and beautifully understated. It’s perfect for everyday wear, especially in the mornings when I want to feel a little more like myself again on the busiest days. There’s something almost poetic about it a small pause in the day that gently brings me back to myself. The compliments I receive only reinforce that feeling. It blends so naturally with my skin and body chemistry that it feels like a soft, intimate signature something personal, warm, and uniquely mine. The only thing I would note is that it doesn’t last all day. For the price and size, I do wish the longevity were stronger, as it fades as the day goes on. Overall, it’s a tender, feminine vanilla essence for women who are constantly giving to others but still want to feel soft, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin. A reminder that resilience can also be graceful, and that what truly matters in a perfume, in my opinion, is not only how it smells, but the emotions it awakens, the memories it creates, and the way it makes you feel within yourself.

My favorite scent. Not overpowering which is a plus. Pleasant. Great for any occasion.

Absolutely one of my favorite cozy vanillas for bedtime. My husband even loved it.

Keeping in mind that everyone's body chemistry is different, this is my experience with this fragrance. I've never tried a fragrance that literally nauseated me. The opening is very strong vanilla, which I'm fine with, but then I started getting vanilla competing with a sour apple smell. After 15 minutes I did get a whiff of caramel but then the sour would compete again and the nausea. At this point I removed it. So this just doesn't work for me.

If you love vanilla, you'll love this smoky scent. Great bottle size for the price. So far no leaks and was packaged well!
