Good purchase, I would recommend. I had purchased a regular washer hose to hook up to the washer hookup and it works perfectly. The hose that comes with it, will not work for washer hook-up in the laundry room. I purchased this because its just me and one other person and we don't need a thousand + dollar washer machine. With all the "smart" options on one of those, they break down frequently and normally after the warranty runs out. This is affordable, smaller, does the job and doesn't take up so much room. Noise level is not bad - same noise as regular washer/dryer. We can move easily if needed. Drying time takes a bit longer due to it being smaller than a regular dryer but I'm not standing around waiting for my laundry to dry anyway. So I load, walk away check and turn on again if needed. Very pretty machines. They look high quality and clean. No issues so far. Im definitely sticking to these smaller , portable washer dryer from now on.

Love this! Purchased it for my son’s apartment, and it has been perfect for someone starting out. Easy installation, works well, and very affordable. Great for small spaces without sacrificing performance. I also recommend purchasing the rolling base for the washer, especially if you don’t have a sink in the washroom. It makes it much easier to move in and out when it’s time to wash.

Washer holds a lot more then expected and runs great easy to use, dryer is super cute and works really well if you clean the lint trap after everyload , and holds almost the full washer load, easy to use compact I'm very happy and it's been 4 months so far no problems.

This is a nice set, works really well for my apartment. The washing machine works great, but the dryer not so much. The dryer only holds half the capacity of the washing machine, so you can really only do small loads at a time, and since the dryer is so small, everything comes out wrinkled, because there isn't really room for the laundry to fluff out in the dryer. It also takes 3 hours to get a load dry, which is super inconvenient. But it gets the job done. I had to run the dryer vent out of my kitchen window and unfortunately it doesn't come with any type of hardware for mounting the vent, such as the accordion style plastic guard to close off the remainder of the window. So you have to improvise on the vent situation. I'd really just like the dryer to match up to the washer.

great washer/dryer both of the machines are a nice size, price is reasonable also great for my upstairs area have a larger washer/dryer different name brand downstairs but like this one better

The washer and dryer work great. Upon arrival, the dryer drum did not spin. I contacted the seller and they got back to me the same evening with a solution and an offer to make things right. The parts they subsequently sent shipped quickly and arrived with more spare parts just to ensure that any shipping damage was addressed. The instructions to do the repair were very simple. Both run very quietly. I would recommend doing 2 dryer loads per 1 washer load, it gets the clothes completely dry very quickly that way.

I bought the Auertech Portable Washer and Dryer Combo Set for our RV, and it has been a game changer! It’s compact but works really well—perfect for small spaces and life on the road. UPDATE REVIEW: Was at a 2 star and I have added one star due to customer service offered a refund for the washer since the issue still wasn't resolved of having to turn the water on and off during the wash and rinse cycles. Still having the same issue with the washer but other than that issue the washer gets the clothes clean and drains well without any problems and the dryer still working good so far. If anything changes I will come back and do another update. I ordered this washer and dryer set due to my apartment doesn't come with washer and dryer hookup so I thought this would be perfect and had such great reviews. I hooked the washer up to my kitchen faucet and I had to start the washer then turn the water on otherwise it would just spray water everywhere from the faucet. It claims to be automatic but I would have to turn the water on and off as it didn't automatically do this. This is the reason for the 2 star rating. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone can offer a solution. I contacted customer support with the company and got zero help so far even thought I have sent them the requested information they asked for. It does wash and gets the clothes clean and as others have stated the dryer is small and takes a little longer to dry if you put quit a bit of clothes inside it. The dryer will dry the clothes a lot faster if you don't put a bunch in it. Other than the hookup issue at the faucet and the problem with it not cutting the water on and off automatically it works pretty good. The spin cycle is quite and easy to operate. It does drain good without any issue there but the drain hose needs to be a bit longer as it is only about 4 foot. So far it seems durable but time will tell as I have only used it one time. Delivery was on time and no damages to the washer or dryer. Washer was delivered on a different day then what the dryer was as they come in separate packages. Just FYI the washer is quite heavy but the dryer is light enough one person can pick it up without any real problem. I did purchase 2 appliance dollies from Amazon to put them on for easier moving them around. Both washer and dryer are as described.
