Good product at a great price. Had wiring problems after a year , was no longer available on Amazon. Got a hold of seller , they helped me diagnose it over multiple emails and sent me new part !! That is customer service I want . They build stuff ti break now a days but when it does customer service is the difference. These guy make a difference

I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship. I have had some major disappointments with products but this one was worth the money. It was bought as a birthday gift for my 88 yr old mother. She was very happy. Not only does she use it, the rest of the family enjoy it for simple tasks. It’s fun to ride. I had bought my great grandson who is 5 a kids motorized motorcycle and would go on walks with him. Well I took my mom’s new scooter one day following my great grandson on his motorcycle and realized the sturdiness and speed of the scooter. TotalIy easy to assemble. Comes 95% assembled, I really loved that. I would definitely recommend it.

Great little mobility scooter really good price

Returned it because the battery was not removable. The scooter looked great and if I had the space and ability to use it in one piece I would have kept it. I needed something that I could store in the trunk of my car and be able to charge the battery independently from the scooter in the house. It just didn't fit my need.

The key ignition is lifting up about the hole that it sits in. The speed adjuster button no matter how much you adjust the speed it's still rides very slow. They said it was a reset button on there to reset the scooter. There is no reset button. I would not recommend buying the scooter. Now I have to send my school to back that I bought my mother. The battery function lights go up and down when you're riding so you never know if the battery is going to last long enough for you to get to where you got to go.

"I really love this scooter. I got it mainly to take my dog out on walks cuz my knees ain’t great anymore. It does pretty good but sometimes it kinda tips a bit on uneven ground? not a huge deal but worth mentioning i guess. Had it for like 10 months now and so far the quality’s been solid. Battery lasts longer than I thought it would actually. I can go pretty far w/o worrying bout recharging which is nice. It folds up pretty easy too, which is a big plus since my place is tiny. the instructions tho… kinda confusing lol. Took me a bit to figure things out but once u mess with it a bit it makes more sense. All in all I’m really happy with it. Not perfect but works great for what I need. would def recommend if u want something simple and reliable.

This scooter legit cut my commute time in half — used to be like 30 mins walking to the subway, now it's 15 tops. Glides pretty smooth on the sidewalk too, even with all the bumps and cracks. I was kinda nervous about riding it in the rain, but I tried it once when the street was a little wet and it held up fine (fingers crossed it keeps doing that 😅). Battery’s actually kinda amazing?? I’ve gone a few days back and forth to work without charging. And the size is perfect, folds up nice and doesn’t take up a ton of space — which is key since my apartment is tiny. Only thing is the seat… not super comfy if you’re riding for a while. Threw a little cushion on it tho and that solved it. Overall super happy with this. It’s just easy, convenient, and no gas or drama. Would def recommend if you’re in the city and wanna save time + money.

I bought this scooter so I could visit my daughters more easily. It’s sturdy yet very sturdy—perfect for getting around the city or taking a stroll through the park. The seat is comfortable, and the adjustable handlebars let me find just the right position, which really helps reduce the strain on my knees. I also love how sleek it looks—people often stop and ask me about it! I’m really looking forward to using this scooter on all my future outings. It’s made me feel more mobile, independent, and most importantly, able to stay active and spend quality time with my daughters.
