This Callebaut 811 Dark Chocolate Callets blew me away with its rich, intense cocoa taste and smooth, velvety melt—pure perfection. I rolled up some classic brigadeiros with it, and the flavor was simply amazing: deep roasted notes with a hint of fruity sweetness that made them irresistibly luxurious and addictive. Hands down the best chocolate I've used for homemade treats—quality doesn't get better than this!

Looking at reviews on these I was extremely cautious about ordering them as they seemed to be melting on route/storage and arriving as a block. I was impressed to see that mine arrived in an insulated foil bubble wrap package and they where as should be. It was my first time using these and I'm really happy with the taste and quality. They melt so easy as I was used to just melting full bars.
