How does the top of the track attach to higher surface? Is there a clamp?

A clamp does not come with the set. Depending on the length of the track at the bottom of the higher surface, gravity and friction will keep it in place. We have had our kids run the track down stairs and step ladders and the track has always stayed in place. The track can also be combined with other hotwheels tracks.

Can it be Attached to a hot wheel car bed ?

This track attached to all other Hot Wheel name brand track my family owned, so it would shock me if the track wouldn’t attach.

Can you make a loop with this track?

You can make a vertical loop with this track, but not a horizontal loop because there are no curved tracks included.

No clue, came fast and have stood up well to every day use for the last year.
