The first time I used it, I wasn’t careful enough and ground right past dead skin into soft skin. Yes, I drew blood. That one was on me—but it proves how powerful this device is. About the Other Attachment There’s another attachment included that’s meant to shave skin. I do not recommend using it. After my foot healed, I tried that attachment briefly and immediately decided it was a bad idea. It’s too aggressive and unnecessary when the wheel alone does the job safely—if used correctly. I have owned every Ped Egg and similar product on the market. As a kid in the 80s I used to use my dad's files from the garage to keep my feet at their peak and have done so into my 50s. Zero pain, hardly any pressure applied. Simple to use. If you do have crusty feet? You better get a vacuum and put something down because this thing does the job and will leave you with a pile of debris! I am ordering another one. Didn't use anything but the file that was in it.
