Good question but that should be a question for Amazon. I usually don't order chocolate in the summer because it's hot in summer in Sacramento and if your order get delivered at the end of day, chocolate most likely be melted.

It doesn't say on the wrapper. It's a very dark chocolate but not very sweet. Highly recommend this product.
