A real steal if you can get it on sale.
Excellent little dock at very affordable price (when on sale). Tested on Windows 11. - Had no problems connecting monitors using USB-C to DP adapter. Note that only thunderbolt 5 ports support Alt DP, you cannot use it with front USB-C port. - Ethernet is correctly recognised as 2.5G, properties show "Realtek Gaming USB 2.5GbE Family Controller" - Runs really cool but I do not use power delivery, might run hotter with power delivery. Minor gripes: - Comes with a relatively short Thunderbolt 5 cable measuring 80cm, would like to see a full 1M cable included. - TB5 upstream port is at the top - would be more convenient to have it at the bottom next to DC power connector for better cable management. Overall I find it to be excellent value compared to other Thunderbolt 5 docks on the market, it includes more ports than some of the more expensive docks.

Great Dock
Great Dock. Works flawlessly with Antelope Audio TB interfaces and many peripherals. Bought a 2nd one on sale as I was hitting a bit of bottleneck with power over extra USBโs, and the spring sale was a great opportunity to alleviate that bottleneck. Mac m4 on tahoe, works perfectly.

Doesn't supply enough power
It's a nice dock, and it works well when it works, got multiple monitors and a lot of peripherals connected to my Macbook Pro M1. But when the Macbook isn't at 100% charge, and I'm using it as a software development machine (with 2-3 IDEs open, web browser, jumping on a Google Meet), it's unable to supply enough power to charge the Macbook, and the entire dock ends up crashing with monitors and peripherals failing. Would avoid using this, and look for another one, UGREEN products are normally good so a bit disappointed in this, but UGREEN confirmed it was faulty and Amazon gave me a refund.

Great build quality and solid performance
I bought the Revodok Max to pair with my M4 MacStudio in order to extend my Thunderbolt 5 ports - and it does do the job well. However, keep in mind that the TB5 from the Mac to the dock will remain the bottleneck. In other words, you cannot run all three TB5 ports on the hub flat out and expect to maintain TB 5 performance. Having said that, those TB5 ports, even when run in tandem, are more than fast enough to maintain transfer speeds between a TB4 SSD and the Mac. For testing, I ran my TB5 NVMe drive through the hub and got approximately equivalent speeds to running it straight from the back of the Mac... As long as I am running it in isolation. I've been using the hub with proper pro workflows (transferring batches of RAW photos, audio (WAV), and ProRes (Apple and f-Log) files and I haven't noticed the hub getting even warm to the touch, much less hot. The build quality is really good - and it looks the part. There is plenty of heft and the ports seem to be well engineered. In terms of areas negatives. Because I am running this with a MacStudio, I just do not need a headphone jack and SSD card reader and I do wish that UGREEN would consider developing a variant that replaces those ports with additional USB-C/USB-A ports. Which leads me to another downside. I'm pleased with the number of TB5 ports (x3) - which exceed the number offered by other alternative TB5 hubs. But, really, this could do with more USB A/USB C ports. It's a bit stingy on that front. Which brings me to my final criticism. Even on discount, this is quite expensive for what you get - namely 3x TB5 ports, which won't run at TB5 speeds if you hammer them all together. And I have noticed some odd behaviour. My Dell monitor will not connect reliably via the TB5 ports on the hub, even though it performs flawlessly when connected to the TB5s on the rear of the Mac. But it does work reliably with my KEF LSX II LTs - which have a reputation for being finicky. So take from that what you will. So, I'd recommend this if you want a cheaper TB5 option, with more TB5 ports than competing products. And it is well built - so it at least looks and feels the part.

Great device and future proofing
**MacOS Tahoe** Having trouble keeping monitors connected. Lots of connect/disconnect issues but only after upgrading to Tahoe (26.x). Many Mac users seeing USB issues. Worth Googling ** ** ** ** ** Good bit of kit. Purchased for Thunderbolt 5 capability as I will upgrade my laptop soon. Made running two monitors much easier with a MacBook Pro 13" 2020. Also able to have a Logitech dongle, audio interface and midi keyboard hooked up. Happy it's just one cable to plug in directly to the MacBook and no additional adapters or stretching monitor cables. And turning everything off at one button is great. Does run hot, so I keep it stood upright for best exposure to air circulation

Excellent
This is an expensive dock, but is a good tradeoff of price, quality, and features. It also feels very premium, probably thanks to the Apple-esque all metal design. I am using this dock in combination with a Ugreen KVM switch and it drives two 1440p 120hz monitors + peripherals with no noticeable lag over a single thunderbolt cable. Although the power supply is external, this gives in a smaller desk footprint compared to the equivalent Anker model.

Great will it works
It was great for the 2 hours it worked. Then all of a sudden it just went off and is refusing to come back on again.
