This Passion Flower tea is gentle which requires no sweetener. Tandin Teas are high quality and the prices are unbeatable. The PassionFlower helps me to fall asleep quickly and. Peacefully. I have racing thoughts about everyday problems. One thing after the other. This tea is calming, it relaxes my entire body and I fall right to sleep. No anxiety in the morning. I believe it is a healing for anxiety. I'm glad I purchased the six box instead of one. No more sleeping pills that don't work! I am a Tandin fan for excellent tea at a great price.

I wasn't sure I wouldn't regret buying 6 boxes of this but my bf needed something for anxiety/sleep difficulty and the kava tea we used to get is no longer available with EBT. Worked out great, this stuff is lovely. All the ingredients are not only calming to the mind, but to the tummy! It's fragrant and flavorful, minty and citrusy. I recommend it if you have a cold, with a bit of honey this would calm the throat, clear sinuses, AND help you sleep it off!

This is one of my favorite cheese to drink at night. It does have a relaxing effect. Add a little honey and it’s perfect..

For some reason I only got 5 boxes of tea not 6 in the set, it all came in 1 cardboard box tho. And it states 6pk on 2 labels. Love the tea taste.

Calming, and great for my anxiety

Upon opening the box, the tea smells lovely, however upon unwrapping the individual teabags I noticed some horrible odor. I smelled my hands thinking it was somehow me, but was shocked to realize the terrible smell was coming from the paper tabs of these teabags. Gross. The tabs you use to pull the tea from the water smell like moldy feet/blue cheese. I used some of the teabags anyway, & as long as the paper tabs don't find their way into the tea while you steep it, there's no noticeable effect on taste. Very disappointed, though. The taste of the tea is mildly herbal, grassy & floral. It's a pleasant tea. The list of herbs is impressive & are herbs that I know are calming/medicinal. That said, the calming effects are very mild, so I'm on the hunt for something fresher, stronger, & without contaminated tabs. :-/ It definitely didn't make me sleepy, just a smidge more relaxed. I've taken valerian root supplements before & those had a far more powerful effect. I wanted something in-between but this tea doesnt even reach the halfway mark, nor was as effective as some chamomile teas I've tried. Happy sipping!

I really like the taste of this tea--i can' treally describe it. I sometimes drink if I feel anxious--usually have a cup every evening--early and drink chamomlle at bed time. The box is too tute and the bar code on the back is shaped like a tea cup . On the inside the company list a lot of unusual teas that I've never heard of -- like artichoke. I may try to find more teas by this company.

A friend recommended this tea for anxiety and sleep and it delivers!! The price was good for a case! I thought I was paying for 3 and got a case instead! I shared with a coworker who is an avid tea drinker, and overall got a 5 from her too. This was so helpful when I caught the covid. The flavor it delicious and mild,..adding honey made it too sweet. I tried without honey and it had a subtle sweet taste which was sweet enough for me, in my opinion. I highly recommend!
