Bought these for my toddler to keep him on the potty but honestly they’re kinda fun to play with. Got some good belly laughs out of him making silly noises. They are great quality.

Loud and silly, exactly what you're looking for. Pretty durable plastic, not flimsy, thin, or dentable.

I have a LOT of Carolina wrens here. I noticed they like to copy other birds. I thought it would be a cool thing to get a slide flute (tied with the kazoo for most irritating instrument on earth), and see if I could get them to imitate some stuff off of that slide flute. Just as kind of a goof. I will forever rue the day I had that idea. They had already learned a state trooper siren; the sirens have a unique setting they all seem to use. I thought if they could get that complex, though not pleasant in the siren example, they could learn beautiful music. First thing is, they can’t learn pretty songs. They do screech owls which would be bad if there weren’t 10 of them competing. The flute doesn’t even make that sound, but they started after the flute. From the flute, they only learn these extremely irritating tunes my niece taught them as a practical joke. I would give them another star if they quit working when you review them.

Works as expected! Not very loud but super entertaining. My grandpa and I used both when my sister graduation, very comical and wasn’t loud enough but still fun!

Great for the grandkids to play with in the back yard, you know, outside. I would not recommend passing them out to all the kids in church and telling them to blow them every time the preacher says amen though.
