I just received it in the mail, but there is no expiration date? I find that highly unprofessional and dangerous, as a healthcare professional.

I just called PB (800-717-3786), the expiration date is printed under LOT, with the lot# printed under EXP. Hence, the factory printed them reverse to the preprint on the box. So I don't have LOT NO 21, I have expiration date NO 21 (November 21). Feel free to call PB at the number above to request they fix this.

Are these Soft and Chewy or Chalky???

Been a while since I had them but chalky I believe. But they don't taste bad and are not difficult to consume. Plus they stay good for a long time, unlike the liquid version.

Are the tablets individually wrapped, or wrapped in pairs?

Mine had individual pills in a sheet of plastic. You tear off the ones you need/want

What is the expiry date of this product?

It is impossible to ascertain on the box. But from past experience I am not concerned about the expiration date.
