I've tried several Premier Protein flavors over the years, and Café Latte is easily my favorite. If you're a coffee drinker, this is the one to get. These are great for a very easy option when someone is needing to increase their protein intake in an approachable way. I think a lot of people don’t realize how important protein is and having it early in the morning is the best way to clear the fog and harness that mental energy! Especially if you don’t have an appetite in the morning for food. I buy these for my parents and my in laws because they have been probably consuming like a fraction of their needed protein amounts. My 89yo father in law said he was feeling much better energy and even sleeping better. The flavors are great, I also love the cafe latte ones, they have caffeine! They are creamy, and smooth, but not too thick that you’re like choking it down. The portion is great. There is a good amount for protein for the volume; it’s not too much that someone won’t be able to finish it in a sitting (looking at you mom)

I'm on a weight loss & health journey that includes following a nutrition program comprised of protein-forward meals, controlled carbs (mostly from veggies) and healthy fiber. These Premier Protein shakes have been a fantastic "tool" in helping me hit my protein targets, and even better -- they taste FANTASTIC! They are by far the best-tasting protein shake I've tried (and I've tried a number of them, in both powder form and ready-made shake, as these are). The chocolate peanut butter flavor is my favorite, and it tastes very much like a Reese's peanut butter cup. The consistency is also excellent--smooth and creamy, no grit or "chunks" as others have, and no blender clean-up required since they are ready to go. Just grab it out of the fridge, shake well, and drink up. They pack an impressive 30g of protein per shake, and the net carbs are only 3g. I've used them as a snack, as a meal replacement when I'm not super hungry or in a hurry, and as a "dessert" if I'm still hungry after dinner. I always keep a few of these in my fridge and probably consume around 3 or 4 per week. These shakes helped me lose 20 lbs in 1 month, and the scale is still dropping. Give them a try!
