Is this product good to use?

I found it easy to use but a little thin. Multiple coats to get an actual black line. It didn't run for hours though so that's a plus.

Any makeup sharpener will work.

Can this pencil be sharpened or is the tip all of the product you receive?

It can be sharpened. Makes sure you have a new sharpener. Old dull sharpeners tend to eat the pencil right up.

Life changing! As I’ve gotten older my eyes have become more sensitive to eye liner and I’m a waterline girl since I grew up in the 90s. Every time I put eyeliner on the waterline my eyes immediately begin to burn; they feel like there’s pieces of glass in them. Since changing to this waterproof waterline eyeliner I no longer have that issue! It lasts all day, is ultra easy to use, and glides on amazingly. I am so so so happy that I found this product. Yay Urban Decay!
