This pill helps
So right now I have used this product for 10 days I can tell you that it does help in making you sleep first two days u will feel not good but after that your body will have a habit in my opinion u can also put this pill in a cup of water and let it disolve if u don't like tingling sensation on your tongue but try to sleep within 35-40 min after taking this pill if u don't sleep your eyes will burn in the morning it won't be refreshing.

Really helped me
I am a very light sleeper and wake up many times in the night and due to that i am very tired in the morning and sometimes i get a headache too😓but after taking this i sleep better and i am not tired anymore in the mornings.🥹 Definitely recommend for light sleepers like me✨
