I immediately upgraded the ram to 48Gb, yes it is working fine! Also upgraded the nvme drive to 2Tb. I'm running proxmox with multiple virtual machines, Windows, Ubuntu, Debian as well as approximately 8 containers. Solid and working incredibly well. Amazed by the speed and workload this little machine can handle. Dual LAN at 2.5Gb each is very nice and can be bridged together in proxmox for added speed. Absolutely recommend!!!!!!!!! (I am not sponsored by Beelink, but I'm so impressed that if they wanted me to review for them I would with out hesitation!)

This mini computer works well, but some may prefer Ryzen over Intel and that is to be respected. I suspect that in 6 months the processor in this device will already appear to be somewhat passee and no longer worhtwhile buying. Computer technology evolves very quickly, but this unit is certainly sufficient for most any use with Windows or even with Linux or BSD platforms. I use mine with Linux and not at all with Windows and have no issues with it at all. The only thing I would note is that for use with Linux or BSD it is best to replace the Wifi-Bluetooth chip as the one provided here is not really suited to use with a UNIX platform. There is no driver support for it and the cost of an M.2 Card is fine for the use of this if one can hack the hardware though the nature of some of the M.2 cards may be tricky for some with the antenna wire connection. In such a case the more expensive USB dongle units with Wifi/Bluetooth function allowing Linux is an option. Windows use is definitely easier with this unit if one does not mind dealing with the Microsoft products.

I used this as an OPNsense firewall for my Comcast 2gb internet in combination with a 2.5gb switch and devices. It works great, I have done a few OPNsense updates but this thing doesnt skip a beat. I can speed test at line speed, and work from home with no issues.

Worked fine for one year. Then died. I was rebooting it and it shut down instead. Power button didn't turn it back on. I verified with a multimeter that the power supply is fine. Also, the power connector on the PCB is fine. Took it completely apart and no sign of anything over heating or shorting out. So I'm not sure why it just died without warning.

The computer is really great! Loaded Debian Linux onto it, no problem. It also has space in the chassis to mount a 2.5" disk. No cables or screws required for that. I'm super satisfied with the system. The only weird thing about it is that it came with this strange plug for the power supply. It is non-polarized, and has a green grounding wire with a spade lug attached? Like nothing I've ever seen in North America. Maybe I got a power supply meant for Japan? One star off of five for that. Otherwise, a really excellent and nicely designed bit of kit! Would buy again.
