does the epoxy pop off?

To be honest, I do not wear these very often because they are too small for my hair. Others have suffered with the epoxy popping off. These are designed for thin hair, so if you have thicker hair, you will use twice as many.

how do I return item that was to long and large does this item comes in a smaller size?

Take to a UPS store they can wrap it for you

Do these snag/rip your hair out when u take them out?

Sometimes, there is a little rivet at the end that your hair can get stuck it.

Dear customer , This snap hair clips ' size is about 2inches( length) x 0.6inches (wide ), in order to let you more clearly, the size will be also maked on the pic of the fifth pic.
